Benedick has been referred to as one of the ‘top three school improvers in the country’ by Sir David Carter. He has had a career in education spanning two decades and has an unrivalled track record of school transformation in numerous roles including Primary and Secondary Headship, Executive Director of Education and CEO.

In 2014 he was named Pearson ‘Headteacher of the Year’ winning a coveted Plato due to a significant school transformation that moved a school from Special Measures to Good and transformed the community. He has led 18 schools through inspections all with positive outcomes- the majority moving forward two judgments.

Benedick has been described by Ofsted as ‘inspirational and forward-thinking’ -he is a highly motivational leader who believes in empowering teaching staff and pupils to achieve beyond their dreams. His passion has always been teaching and he has continued to teach throughout his career regardless of position and has the rare experience of teaching all year groups from Reception to Y13.

Benedick’s areas of specialism are around due diligence, financial turnaround and curriculum led financial management leading to savings, management of risk and inspection readiness. He has led numerous training and development programmes and has recently specialised in developing Executive Leaders working with Ambition School Leadership.

Vicky has extensive expertise in marketing, branding, copy writing and communications in the Education sector. She works with schools, academies and MATs on branding, marketing, admissions and design to ensure the culture and identity of each setting is clearly communicated and understood.

A communications professional Vicky offers positioning and message development, brand and interior design and communications strategy expertise. Vicky has designed many iconic brands for groups of schools across the UK and is proud of her impact in ensuring all parents, pupils and colleagues understand the moral imperative of the education profession.
